Order Processing

We want to get your Alegria shoes to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Best for: Faster delivery to most global destinations
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Minimum Order: $50 or more
  • Tracking: Available with EMS service

Please Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

At Alegria Shoes Shop, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return Period: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Packaging: Original packaging and all tags must be intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Compression Socks (intimate nature of the product)
  • Footbeds/Insoles (for hygiene reasons)

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage not related to manufacturing defects, or products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return (product name, size, color)
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific product)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for returns
  • We’ll expedite your replacement or refund
